Non-Specific Back Pain is usually mechanical in nature, whereby pain occurs when the spine moves. NSBP is often related to injuries such as muscular strain, muscular imbalances and general joint wear and tear. Unlike diagnosable problems such as Facet Arthritis, Postural Deformity and Fracture.
