ABOUT ME
Greetings! My name is Elizabeth, however I am known as Beth or Lizzy. I qualified as a Bsc Hons Integrated Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist in 2012. Since then, my passion extended to exercise health, completing a Level 3 Personal Training and Fitness Pilates qualification. Within both practices, I saw a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, which extended my interest to Physical Therapy. To specialise in injury rehabilitation, I completed an Msc in Sports Therapy which enables me to assess, diagnose and treat those with injuries obtained from sports, occupation or hobby.
'With a caring disposition, I have always been interested in improving health and wellbeing for others' to create happier, healthier lifestyles. Acupuncture has been really helpful to improve my overall wellbeing by alleviating stress, digestive issues and hormone imbalances. Nutrition and diet is another interest of mine, which I am able to offer advice on as an integration of treatment.
Exercise is important to me, my preferred sport is swimming and also like to dabble in other sports, such as cycling and surfing/paddle boarding when I have the chance.
I am a very driven person; I am very motivated to help people reach their health goals. This drive also extends to wanting to travel the world, see as many places and experience as many activities as possible.'
